Tim Chang

President/General Manager

Tim brings over 20 years of combined experience in strategy consulting, strategic planning, business development, systems integration, project management, and operations management with Fortune 500 companies to Lean SCS. His proven strategic, analytical, and problem solving skills have been tried and tested in the manufacturing, service, technology, and retail industries; earning him a reputation as a diligent leader who works well under pressure to apply seasoned management skills to simultaneously build and manage multiple project teams.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Business from Mercer University, Atlanta, GA. He is fluent in four languages: English, Chinese-Mandarin, Portuguese, and Spanish.
