Quality Assurance & Inspection

If you are already sourcing product from China and Taiwan we can go to the factory and ensure that the product is being produced to meet your specifications. Our highly trained and experienced Quality Assurance and Quality Control professionals provide a detailed, meticulous, and thorough inspection of all parts and production processes according to your specifications ensuring your requirements are met at your AQL. We can provide inspection service at our dock if you prefer. Detailed logs and reports are provided in a timely manner for every inspection regardless of the location.

Package Design & Production

As part of our supply chain services we offer package design, production and packaging of products services. We have found that integration of packaging into your overseas sourcing program allows you to design the package with containerization and the point of use/sale in mind helps lower costs, improve product management and eliminate product damage. Our Chinese based packaging engineers are able to provide timely solutions for our sourcing customers to ensure your packaging is designed to optimal shipment size and load specifications.

Inventory Management

In addition to providing warehousing, consolidation and blending services we work with your suppliers to set up Vendor Managed Inventory programs in our distribution centers so you can buy parts, components, and finished goods on consignment. Therefore, you only pay for what you use and liberate capital that you used to have tied up in inventory for more strategic purposes. We also help suppliers with production forecasting, transportation management and distribution to reduce order lead time, total supply chain costs and enhance your customer satisfaction levels.

Manufacturing Support

We provide manufacturing support ranging from automotive and industrial assembly to consumer durable and electronics; for virtually any goods that can be made in China or Taiwan. Our integrated manufacturing support services compress lead times and inventory levels to a minimum, saving you time and money. Some of the specific tasks we can accomplish on your behalf:

  • Our Kitting process simplifies handling by configuring individual high-activity parts into consolidated user packages prior to final delivery. Kitting includes activities such as putting labels and price tags on items.
  • Our Sequencing process "sequences" items for the assembly line. This process assures that materials and parts arrive in the correct order at the required time.
  • Our Sub-Assembly service provides pre-assembling of parts and components. This service can assist you to reduce the number of assembly steps required at the factory, thus, simplifying your manufacturing process and reducing costs.
  • Our JEJIT (Just-enough-just-in-time) service helps you to minimize the inventory of parts and supplies on the factory floor. Our Data Integration methods provide our customers and suppliers with the ability to log into the Internet through the Lean SCS web site to view a project status or inventory positions from anywhere in the world. Our EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) capability provides our customers, suppliers, and us the ability to exchange business documents such as Booking, Bill of Lading, Invoicing, Electronic Funds Transfer, Advance Ship Notice, and Arrival Notice Information with ease, efficiency, and error free. We are committed to continuously invest in and apply additional systems tools, such as WMS, RF hand held technology, and other Web based solutions to increase information visibility, drive waste out of and keep your goods moving, from the raw material source to end customers, worldwide.
